Open Minecraft, go to Multiplayer → Add server and paste the IP you'll find at the top of this site (there's a button to copy it).

Arguing in public chat achieves nothing and usually makes it worse. Appeals are answered within 48 hours at most.

Type /ping in game. If your ping is under 100 ms and you still stutter, it's most likely your client: try lowering the render distance or installing Sodium.

If it was a server fault and we can verify it in the logs, yes. Open a ticket explaining what happened, when and where, with screenshots or video if you have them.

If it was your own mistake — falling in lava, dying in the nether — we don't restore anything. That goes for everyone equally.

No. Ranks give cosmetics, conveniences and a few extras that don't break game balance. Nobody is going to beat you because they paid.
